Wayne and Debby have always had a heart for others and began coaching and working
with youth and teens when they were married in 1983, 4 years before their first of two children were
born. In 2001 Debby began a career working with special needs youth. Wayne began working with
at-risk youth in 1980, as a “Big Brother”. Both raised by loving parents they learned the value of love,
encouragement and discipline, in a secure family environment. God put on each of their
hearts to help bring the love, encouragement and discipline that they experienced growing to at-risk
teens and young adults. Their journey led to the establishment I AM Here Ministries, in 2018, and the
vision to build a Christian Ranch that will bring love and security by introducing the life-changing
reality of Jesus Christ to at-risk teens and young adults. When plans were being made to build the
Ranch in Mexico, God redirected those plans and made it clear to build the Ranch in the USA. God
then brought together, Wayne, Debby, Ben and Molly, who each have the same heart for youth,
teens and young adults. Over a year of getting to know each other, praying, fasting and seeking
God’s direction, confirmation came that joining together to build the Ranch, is part of His perfect plan!
We are excited to continue to follow God’s lead and see Him work in the hearts and lives of the
teens and young adults He brings us.
